Went to a Tegan and Sara Concert
Met Tegan and Sara
Spent Valentine’s Day at the cottage with friends
Traveled with friends on March Break
Applied to 4 different universities
Got into 3 of those universities
Accepted Concordia
Had a major speaking role in a Rosedale Production
Was Co-Head of Stage Crew
Got an 87% average
Graduated high school
Went to Prom (& wore a dress to it!)
Experienced the G20
Celebrated Canada’s 14 gold medals at Dundas Square with Mum & thousands of other people
Unknowingly walked by Miley Cyrus & Drake at the MMVAs
Got my G2
Went to Pride Prom
Got & drove a Ski-doo at the cottage up north
Drove (myself) half-way to New Brunswick and back (16 hours of driving in total)
Watched a meteor shower at 2am
Didn’t get carded at a 19+ liquor store
Played guitar around a campfire
Was the one driving into a drive-in movie
Moved away from home
Realized how much I need my family
Realized the friends who kept in touch were the ones I needed
Survived my first semester of university
Went out to bars in Montreal, legally
Went to a Montreal gay bar
Lived (still living) in residence with a roommate
Did laundry/grocery shopping on my own
Donated blood, twice
Got a different haircut for the first time in 4 years
Met my new triplet cousins
Got through, and did well on my first university exams
Got a pool table
Watched my mum almost get killed on a snowmobile
Made a trifle
Got (and am learning to play) a sparkly accordion
